Ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs, large
3 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter, unsalted
syrup/berries for garnish, optional
Directions
- Plug in and turn on waffle iron.
- Whisk together dry ingredients; flour, salt, baking soda, ground cinnamon, & sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the wet and dry ingredients until well combined.
- Carefully pour the waffle mix into the hot iron and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Repeat until there is no more batter. Garnish with your choice of fruit or syrup and enjoy!
